Needed a bite later into the evening and was glad to come across this place! Service was great and food came out quickly for our party. Everything was smothered in garlic and oil to my delight from the rolls to the sliders and pizza. I'm no pizza connoisseur so I can't judge whether this was "authentic" or of similar quality to other places nearby, though the pizza was a bit undercooked in my opinion with everything falling apart and I do wish there were more toppings included in a specialty pizza. Overall I'd be willing to give this place another try and come with a group again!

Love this place! The workers are super nice, the food is amazing, and the place is super clean! They never fail for me and my family to have a nice dinner! Would highly recommend this place!

I've ordered take out from JTB before but have never had a dine in experience and didn't know this was even an option, until this weekend. We had a party of 6, 3 adults & 3 kids.. what a great spot for families. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. High chairs were available and clean and the kids menu was great and very reasonably priced! My daughter ate her whole pasta plate. We ordered meatball sliders to start, very delicious and being served on their garlic rolls gives the taste a whole new level! We also got a hot honey pizza, which was very much enjoyed, as well as baked ziti and eggplant parm. My daughter (4) is already asking to go back! We will be back very soon!

I've been trying all the pizzas around town lately number one is John the Bakers I went to Angelos and I ordered a medium pizza and it sucked. They used a large dough. They just mismanaged But the long-standing number one pizza right here in my hometown is bruschetta at 122nd and Taft Street On the Taft Street mile, which is between Palm Avenue and flamingo

I ordered on Uber Eats & I'm SOOOOO GLAD I did!!! It's not easy to get these Italian-American classics RIGHT & CORRECT!!! They're simple, but take a lot of skill to recreate PERFECTLY to hit that nostalgic flavor! I'm from NYC and I've been CRAVING the dishes I grew up on from my neighborhood spots. They never hit right until I found John The Baker!!! My order of veal parm was PERFECT!!!! The right amount of cheese spotted brown on top & the sauce was PERFECTION!!! The veal was tender & the breading soaked up the sauce & married with it in that old school way. The portion was generous and soothed my soul. As soon as I opened up the container and the aroma hit me, I KNEW I had found what I was searching for here in SoFL! All I can say is THANK YOU for bringing me a taste of home!!! No bells, no whistles - just PERFECT red sauce joint cooking (and that is NOT a diss!)

4 delicious meals, lasagna, baked ravioli, sausage and peppers and meatball pizza--great service by Jessica who patiently cared about my very elderly parents, outstanding garlic rolls, and quite fair pricing. The place was busy. Well, I came again, and will go back again and again. Today, I ordered eggplant rolatini and baked ziti. Absolutely delicious. And Jessica was there and remembered me. It's amazing to have, not only, great food, but amazingly friendly staff. Go meet Jessica and say I sent you. She and the food are awesome.

I've only had takeout from this place so I can't speak to the ambiance. I will say this , every time I've ordered pizza and garlic rolls they have been on point! Food arrives well packaged and pizza box carries a seal. If you like thin crust ... this is the place! I love that their takeout menu offers many options so you can personalize your order the way you like it.

If you want a great tasting pizza and true famous garlic rolls then stop hunting for a spot, this is it. The authentic Italian feeling you get when you walk in and smell the home cooking and warm greeting from the staff is real. I do like that when you walk in the first thing you see is the open kitchen and a pizza being created and thrown into the hot oven. You make your order and in fifteen minutes you have your pizza and garlic rolls ( a must have) at your table. Good times, Great food, Good people. And dont forget the clean bathrooms.

I was in the same shopping center as John The Baker and decided to pick up dinner here. I know and like their food in Pembroke Pines. This store has different owners. It is franchisesd. The food overall was consistent. I do think the lasagna at the Pembroke Pines store is a bit better. The pasta in the lasagna here was a little overcooked here. This wasn't a huge deal. I ordered the meatballs which I don't think I tried at the other store. The meatballs were good and even better with the sauce spooned over them. I love the garlic rolls. They are always delicious. They are not too oily. The food is reasonably priced and pretty good quality. The staff was very nice and the restaurant looked clean.
